| PROTOCOL
DELIVERY |
| The customer
must send the samples for microarray hybridization with the attached form fullfilled,
and in the following conditions:
• RNA total -- Dry Ice. Minimum
requirements: 20 µg of total RNA with a concentration of 2 µg / µl.
• Biopsies or cells -- Dry Ice.
Minimum requirements: 2 million cells or 100 mg tissue. |
 |
| RESULTS
|
| Results
on the scanning of microarrays will consist in images with a spreadcheet including
the relative expression values (Ratio Cy5/Cy3 and Log Ratio) and the statistical
confidence of each data (P value) which will be sent within 10 days from the reception
of the sample.
Data analysis results format to be discussed with the
customer.
