| The Histology Laboratory
offers the latest technology in Tissue Image Analysis. Our Laser Microdissection
Unit has the most innovative equipment, such as the Microdissector with PALM Microbeam
Laser from Microlaser Technologies, which can microdissect cells in culture. We
can prepare any type of tissue to meet your needs. The
histology laboratory has an image analysis equipment that allows us to capture
microscopic images in digital format, to process them and to determine a wide
range of parameters (particle detection, classification, area calculation, perimeters,
antigen density, metabolic activities, etc ...). Software also allows us the possibility
of doing MIAs (Multiple Image Alignment) from a maximum of 36 individual images,
that will allow the customer to reconstruct ample zones of the sample with higher
resolution than that allowed by low resolution objectives. |
