High-throughput Testing System for the Discovery of Drugs Targeting Gene Expression Changes Induced by Prometastatic and Proangiogenic Molecules™

Therapeutic agents are tested for their capacity to completely abrogate (in black) host and tumor cell gene expression changes (in red and green levels) induced in vitro by validated prometastatic and proangiogenic molecules™. Molecular targets of evaluated therapeutic agents can then be studied according to targeted gene clusters.
